Home groups

We currently have 13 Home Groups meeting in various locations from Twin Waters up to the Marcus Beach areas. Most of our groups are centered around the Coolum area. Our groups vary in age and also Christian maturity. The studies we run are often a series that is linked to the sermon that was preached on in the preceding Sunday service or a study series that is chosen by the leader to suit the needs and maturity of the group. At CBBC we believe that pastoral care is the responsibility of everyone in the church and the Home Groups are the first responders for care within their members. We also believe that the best way of really getting to know people is to study and pray with each other.

We believe that prayer is a gift from God to allow us to talk with Him and receive His power so that we can live a life worthy of the gospel. Prayer must be central in our lives, our families and our ministries. Everyone is welcome to join us on Wednesday mornings at 9 am for prayer at the church.
We also hold special prayer meetings and prayer walks at least three times a year.
