Abby Penglase returned to Equador in December 2021 after a 2 year break. Her previous 2 year mission sojourn was in Loja Province in the south.
And now she is back and has a house in Saraguro in Loja Province. This is where God has called her to minister to children in particular, and disciple believers, with the support of her SIM team members.

Care Outreach is a non-denominational Christian organisation with a vision to see transformed lives and communities. Their mission is to care for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of people in rural and remote South Western Queensland. This is achieved through regular face-to-face visitation, food hampers and vouchers to spend in local towns.

HOHI sponsors vulnerable children and young women, many rescued from human trafficking, and destitute widows. HOHI works with strategic partners to provide ways to escape the cycle of poverty and/or abuse by provision of food, shelter, educational/vocational opportunities and trauma recovery programmes. HOHI currently works in India and Bangladesh.

Chris Ornella Venerande Jean-Claude Isabella and Joyce

Jean-Claude and Joyce began working in Malawi in January 2019 with Baptist Mission Australia.
In their second Term they will both keep their focus on making disciples. Joyce will train a group of Yao women to sew so they have the skills to make, repair and sell clothes. Having these skills will give them a sense of hope and empowerment.

Kit Thomas and Mark Horsfall

Mark Horsfall is Chaplain – SU QLD chaplains at Coolum Beach High School. He is a very valuable member of the staff as he mentors and encourages students who are in need of a listening ear.

Stephen and Lorraine Cavill are based in Longreach and the purpose of Outback Aerial Mission is simply to present the Christian gospel to people in the outback, and to encourage them in their personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The area they service in Central Western Queensland covers
220,000 square kilometres – an area three times
the size of Tasmania! Which is why the plane
is an integral element in this ministry.
