1. Collection of Personal Information

Coolum Beach Baptist Church will take reasonable steps at or before the time (or, if this is not practicable, as soon as practicable thereafter) of collection of personal information to ensure the individual is aware of:

the identity of the Coolum Beach Baptist Church and our contact details; and the fact that he or she is able to gain access to the personal information; and the purpose for which the information is collected; and the organisations (or types of organisations) to which the Coolum Beach Baptist Church typically discloses information of that kind; any law that requires the particular information to be collected; and the main consequences (if any) for the individual if all or part of the information is not provided.

2. Providing our organisation’s identity and contact details

Whenever personal information is requested from our customers, we will identify the name of our organisation and provide our contact details, including our street address, postal address, telephone and facsimile numbers, as well as our e-mail and internet address where appropriate.
